Must have the ability to supervise an installation crew and all other aspects of residential solar energy installations with an emphasis on safety, quality assurance and efficiency.
Will oversee the installation of residential and small commercial PV systems and assure that they conform to existing Hawaii Energy requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA standards, safety programs and policies relative to the installation of these systems and enforce safety standards with all personnel under your supervision.
Represent Giant Solar as a field contact for the customer, interact with the customer with integrity, always displaying a professional appearance and attitude.

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills in the field.
